Overall a very nice stay on a Thursday night. Pet-friendly hotel with efficient and extremely friendly staff and exceptional views of downtown and the breakfast cafe. New-fashioned, pet-friendly rooms, nice swimming pools. USB ports, a storage space, and blackout curtains were convenient. Marvellous, decent location in charging stations.

The room with a king-size bed at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport was absolutely delightful. Located on the upper level, the breathtaking view from the room was truly unforgettable. The marble bathroom with a garden tub and stand-alone shower added an extra touch of luxury, making the stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

The cleanliness and maintenance at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport did not meet my expectations. There were issues with the cleanliness of the room, such as lipstick on the walls, hair in the sink, and peeling wallpaper.

I stayed in the room that was needed cleaned curtains and available with great views, a great bathroom and a very comfortable king sized bed. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were a nice touch.

There were a little lumpy beds.

stayed at bally's shreveport casino & hotel and had an excellent experience. from valet to bell hop to front desk to dining, the staff was friendly and efficient. the room was near luxurious with amazing beds, providing the best rest of our two-week trip. the atmosphere and restaurants were good, and the casino staff was superb.

The setting is great, it's so close to the Outlet, the restaurant for a hour, and the casino and parking.

The hotel's cozy decor and comfortable seating areas throughout the facility made it very inviting for senior folks like myself. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easily navigable walkways and conveniently located amenities. The serene ambiance and thoughtful design made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.

I would ask for better assistance for senior people, as some of the children of the staff seemed a bit unaware of the specific needs of older guests.

The place was clean and we loved deluxe king room.

Early check-in, marvellous and decent location short walk to downtown bars and the restaurant for a hour. Comfortable room, spacious bed and large bathroom.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel for our stay. The hotel provided all guests with unlimited access to the Fitness Center, which offered a wide variety of exercise equipment and gym amenities. Additionally, La Spa in Shreveport was a breathtaking respite that indulged every one of my senses. It served as a serene sanctuary for gamers like me who needed to take the edge off and provided a haven for relaxation and renewal, designed to indulge my senses.

One minor issue I encountered during my stay at Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel was that one of the beds was wet.

Location: the hotel was very close to clubs, downtown and restaurants. The rooms were wonderful and convenient with a comfortable bed and had all necessary facilities.

This hotel offers great value for money as it is conveniently located near downtown and in a good casino area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and wonderful air conditioning. The views from the hotel are also stunning. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

My stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

All the staff was excellent and affable, solved my issues.

The place was clean, huge, and had convenient rooms. The staff I encountered were professional. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Holy Trinity Catholic Church was convenient.
