I enjoyed my time at the resort. The room was spacious with a fine river view. The soaking tub was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating I appreciated the extended checkout.

Elevators need a serious upgrade!!! !!! Slow wait times and occasionally broken!!! Cleanliness of rooms could vastly improve!!! Dirty towels and unkempt bathrooms aren't what I expect for a premium rate!!! A little more attention to detail would go a long way!!!

The check-in process felt unorganized. I arrived around 11 pm after a long drive and had to wait for almost four hours for my room. It was frustrating, especially since the carpet smelled unpleasant when we finally got in. The bathroom was decent but had a clogged sink and a toilet that didn’t flush well. On a positive note, the bathroom offered ample space, and I appreciated the overall layout of the room. There was a lack of late-night food options, which was disappointing after such a long journey. The staff seemed indifferent when I asked about dining options. I did find the poker room enjoyable with good game variety, and the staff there were friendly. The location is convenient, with easy access to the casino, which added to the fun during my stay. However, they could improve cleanliness in the common areas, as I noticed dirty floors and some neglected areas. They should also ensure that check-in is smoother and quicker.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I mean it was comfortable and just what I needed after a long drive. Plus, the fridge in the room, I didn't expect that but it saved my day when I got some leftovers from dinner.
